In Sunday’s New Yorker, veteran investigative journalist Seymour Hersh exposed the fact that Bush has asked the Pentagon to draw up an extended bombing plan for Iran that can be implemented at 24 hours notice. Hersh also details how the US is supporting operations against Iran, Syria and Hizbollah, and is already sending special forces into Iran.
